In another saga of "my eyes are cold, why do I live in a place where my eyes get cold?", we ventured to a very cold downtown for food and fun and I decided to channel a Parisian vibe. Or well, what I think is Parisian. Berets and silk scream Paris to me, or at least Europe, so my mind just goes there.

I'm in a very pink mood lately and I am not mad at that. Pink is a color that, like a lot of people, I didn't have a strong liking for in the past. I realized that I like dusty and pastel shades of pink, not hot pink, and I have a fair collection of my favorite shades of pink in my wardrobe. I really love pink, white and purple together, so I really went with that today, and tucked my vintage Edwardian-esque blouse into a purple skater skirt, and tied a pink silk skull print scarf in a bow around my neck. I love the bow, it's so feminine and cute! And, the bow counteracts the skull print, which I love. So, needless to say, I'll be donning neck bows for a while!
