Spring is here, y'all, and I'm hyped for barelegged weather. Tights are a staple in my wardrobe all seasons but sometimes, the legs just want to be free!

I was/am in love with the leopard skirts that dominated this past fall and winter fashion seasons, but I don't like spending money on trends. I wrote off ever getting one because I don't think I need it, but I realized pretty recently that the scarf collection I have is multi-purposeful, so, tada, a scarf as a skirt. It's not a revelation in the fashion world that a scarf can be a skirt, but it never occurred to me personally that I could or should do this.

I put the skirt over a thin mockneck dress and added lightweight denim jacket with my favorite shoe, the d'Orsay flats, for casual Saturday 'fit. I will be repeating this look.
