Thrifted Cowl Neck Sweater
I have many many pairs of colorful tights, and they are hands down my favorite to wear, but I just can't seem to find the confidence to wear them out and about nowadays. I think it's the fact that it draws a lot of attention to my legs (like having giant thigh tattoos doesn't already do that) and I spend far less effort with my bottom half of outfits than I do with the top. Maybe I should fix that...
