I am fully aware that I have an absolute thing with off the shoulder tops with nice sleeves--I can't help it! I like to feel the sun on my shoulders and I like cool sleeves.
I am not for sure on this color. I am a warm toned gal and this steely horizon Turkish blue is beautiful, and I think it looks good on me, but I don't have a lot that goes with it, which is a slight problem, admittedly. But, I'll figure something out!
