Polka Dot Blouse with Polka Dot Skirt


An outfit consisting of a black floppy hat, a white on black long sleeve blouse with a black on white neck tie tied in a bow tucked into a white on black micro polka dot pleated maxi skirt with black Chelsea boots.

I love this outfit, because it's moody, it's monochrome and it's matchy matchy! I like the coordination of the dots on both items and I think they're just different enough to make it interesting.
