Up, Under and Over



An outfit consisting of a black wide brim hat, white sheer long sleeve puffy sleeve blouse under a black mockneck dress tucked into a pastel pink skirt with a pastel pink sheer mesh overlay adorned with coordinated pink rosettes.

I'm not going to screech about how much I layer--you've read and seen it before--so, let's talk about the 80's vibes being thrown. Puffy sleeves are such an 80's throwback that I am loving. I have always had a thing for sleeves!

I layered the puffy sleeved top under a mockneck dress and put a pink rosette skirt over top for a cutesy look!
