Holiday Holiday

An outfit consisting of a black beret, a maroon, grey and red plaid poncho over a black on white striped turtleneck sweater tucked into a maroon satin midi skirt and black sheer tights and black Chelsea boots.

Whenever I hear the word "holiday", I will forever be reminded of the Christmas Honda commercial that plays one line of Holiday by Vampire Weekend, "Holiday, O a holiday, and the best one of the year." The commercial conveniently leaves out the lyrics that allude to the Iraq War, but, you know, it sold cars in 2010, so, I guess whatever works!

The song has nothing to do with the song or Vampire Weekend, though, I'm sure Ezra Koenig would appreciate the preppiness of my plaid poncho.
