Partial to Puffy Sleeves

An outfit consisting of a brown panama hat, a blue and white gingham puffy short sleeve dress worn as a skirt with a pastel pink button down midi skirt, cognac brown belt and cognac brown d'orsay flats.

I clearly like puffy sleeves, and I'm pretty obviously attracted to cool sleeves on tops and dresses. You've seen this dress before and I layered a pink button down skirt over the blue gingham dress to really highlight the cute sleeves, belted it all together and added a hat and coordinated shoes for a cohesive look! I don't wear a lot of blue though it looks good on me, because I like the warm, rich colors, but I can make an exception for it in gingham.
