Isn't this dress so me? Ruffles, tie neck, sleeve details--it's Katie as a dress. It's from thredUp and when I saw it, I knew I had to have it. I just knew it. Like, imagine a spring sweater over top to just show the skirt? Or, another skirt over top to just show to the top? Dresses like this are great for layering. I showed it to my husband and he was even like, "that's so you." So, you know.
I wanted to keep the styling pretty bare, as I do really love this dress as just a dress, which is a rarity. I think of dresses as a three for one: it's a dress, it's a top, and it's a skirt, so when I like all three things, it's a pretty big deal, since I usually only really like one of the three. Hence why I wear a lot dresses as tops or dresses as skirts.
