This spring, I think I'm giving up pleated midi skirts.
Cue shocked emoji face.
It's true though, I think it's time for a little change this season, and I'm into it. For the last few months I've been so bored with my style, and though I think I'm getting to a place where I'm happy with it again, I just want to try something new with my bottom silhouette. And, that, for me this season are these satin silky bias cut skirts. They were trendy a few summers ago, so I'm so fortunate that there are so many secondhand skirts to scoop up and wear.
Thrifted Blouse, Thrifted Skirt, Thrifted Heels
This skirt is S tier, godsend, beautiful in everyway. It's button up and it catches wind so elegantly, and it's a nice polka dot pattern that is easy to style. I styled it with an off the shoulder white blouse and white heels to match the white dots in the skirt, and I just love it. It's an easy, casual skirt that is perfect for the Spring and Summer temperatures. Imagine sitting on the patio, drinking tea in a cafe chair, outside in this?!
Old Target Blouse, Thrifted Skirt, Thrifted Mules
If the other skirt is S tier, godsend and beautiful in everyway, this one is also! It's slinky, it's sexy, and it somehow smooths over all the places I want to hide! I styled it with a puffy sleeve blouse and a coordinated colored mule, and it's such a good skirt and outfit.
