I love the off the shoulder blouse with the skirt and it gives off such great vibes. It's easy, effortless and has a great style payoff because it looks so intentional and styled. This is why I have such an affinity for puff sleeves and just good sleeves in general, because they take a garment from being a default basic to being a focus point, and that has a good payoff.
