If the sun is out, my shoulders are out, namely in off the shoulder blouses like these! I've been a big fan of an off the shoulder moment for years and that's not going away any time soon. Not to be confused with shoulder cut outs, off the shoulder blouses are breezy, classic and are such good summery tops.

Originally, I was going to say maxi skirts, but I realized that, no, I really do just like a dotted skirt, it doesn't matter the length, really. Midi, maxi, tea length--they're all so lovely and such easy pieces to style, as dots are a very neutral pattern to style with.
