Make Me Your Fantasy

An outfit consisting of a black oversized floppy hat, a sheer black lettuce hem short sleeve with velvet five pointed stars under a mustard yellow satin camisole tucked into a black faux leather pleated midi skirt with black pointed toe slingback flats.

It's the last days of Summer, and I am so excited to see Fall. The trees have been in that yellowy green phase for a few weeks now, and I feel like any moment now they'll turn colors.

Because I'm impatient, and I want to wear all the fall things like leather and sweaters, I settled on layering a camisole over a sheer blouse and then adding a leather skirt for that hit of fall fashion. It'll hold me over, for now, but I still crave those cool temperatures. We had a False Fall day recently when the high was 68 and the relief I had was amazing. The windows were open, the fans were on, and I sat in the living room in a sweatshirt with warm tea. And, that colder day did bring in colder mornings, so though the afternoons may get to the mid 80s, the mornings are in the 60s and feel so luscious. We're almost there.
