Fall is here and in some places, it's cold, and in other places, it's mild. Personally, for me, it's flip flopping from one to the other, and I so badly want it to be chilly enough to wear my cute clothing, and I know that's relatable. Here are three outfits I cannot wait to wear this Fall and Winter season!
Beret - SHEIN | Sweater - thrifted, originally A New Day | Shorts - thrifted, originally SHEIN
Boots - Thrifted, originally A New Day
Big Sweater + Leather Shorts - this bright pink is so in for AW22 and I'm not immune to the allure of this shocking color. This sweater was a winner in the post Christmas winter last year and early this year, and the moment the temperatures drop to below the 50s, I'm busting it out permanently. The shorts are a new find courtesy of thredUP. They're originally SHEIN and I think they're perfect for fall whejn combined with tights.
Beret - old from Target | Blouse - thrifted, originally ModCloth | Cape - thrifted, originally WD.NY
Boots - thrifted, originally A New Day

Gossip Girl, but Fat - Camel capes and berets just make me think of the OG Gossip Girl. It's iconic! I've been on the search for capes for YEARS and I found this baby on Poshmark and could not buy it fast enough. $15 for a cape coat? I'm here for it. I like this the houndstooth on the beret, frilly ruffle sleeves mixed with the camel coat and the micro accordion pleats on the skirt to make for a preppy outfit that isn't too cosplay-y.
Beret - old from H&M | Sweater - old from Prologue | Skirt - thrifted, originally SHEIN
Boots - thrifted, originally A New Day
Over the Top in the Midwest - We're not known for being all too stylish here in middle America, and this cut and sew paneled skirt and ruffle sweater would turn heads but that's kind of what I'm into. This is warmth, color, texture, and fun all in one outfit that isn't boring. Most cold weather fashion is plain and this isn't, which is fun!
