Poncho Time

An outfit consisting of a white chenille sweater turtleneck tucked into a black pleated mini skirt under a black and brown color blocked poncho with tan faux fur on the neck, black sheer tights and black Chelsea boots.

What time is it? That's right, it's poncho time. Ponchos are such a good way to stay warm when you don't want to wear a coat yet. November isn't cool enough here to bust out the coats usually, so a poncho or cape is a great alternative. Should you wear them in a snow storm? Probably not, but in the chilly wind of November they are perfect.

This poncho of mine is an oldy from Forever 21. I think it may be one of the last things I ever bought directly from Forever 21 years and years ago. I stopped shopping there in 2018, and that's forever in modern fashion years. But, I have to say, this poncho is so freakin' good. It's warm, it's cozy, and it doesn't look matronly, which I know a lot of plus size women fear when they see ponchos. Fear not!
