Dog Days

Hi there August!

August is one of those months that I know is unbearably hot, but has the feeling of anticipation for Fall. I am fully aware that September is also hot and October is when it really starts to get cooler, but growing up, we went back to school in August and they said "See you in Fall". So, a part of me has always considered August apart of Fall, even if in name only.

We're in the heat of the dog days so no matter how longingly I look at the sweaters and leather, we're a few more months away from that.
