This blouse + this skirt = perfection. But, we already knew that because I wear some version of this outfit way too often in the Fall for it to not be perfection. I love the contrast of the cream sheer with the dark and hard leather. It's one of those combinations that you just know is good before you even put it on. Add in this DIY;'d hat and it's even more perfect.
